My daughter is getting very good at drawing and very fast. Today she showed us this drawing she made trying to copy this cartoon butterfly. Not bad for a four-year-old!

This is a "Future Enterprise". Back in '95 (ugh! 30 years ago!) this was the rarest card in Star Trek CCG, a collectible card game (now defunct) by Decipher Inc. My teen self really wanted this card back then, but it was out of my league. Fast forward 20-something years later, I was able to get it on eBay for around 20€. Oh well, it still feels magical.

A view of Boccadasse from January 1st earlier this year. Formerly an old fishing village, it is now right in the middle of the city of Genoa, Italy. A true jewel, amazes me every time I see it.
